Consultation and Support
Chris offers consultation, training, and support for parents, family members, para-professionals, professionals, and others who wish to better understand quality social interaction techniques and models for communication with children who are deafblind. With a philosophy built around a progression that moves from awareness, to what it means to be an active partner, to how quality interaction and communication build to quality of life.
Training is offered to support the development of classroom teaching strategies, the design of high-quality IEP’s and how to conduct meaningful evaluation.
Chris is sought after as a national and international speaker for conferences and other gatherings and offers customizable consultation for the individual and small teams. He is available for engagement through both in-person and via distance models of learning. Chris can provide educational team support following an onsite consultation in connection topical training or as a stand-alone consultation.
